Every JustBull customer gets a client portal — one place to see your invoices, raise support tickets, follow project work and manage your ZuluRewards.

What is in the menu

| Contracts | Agreements between us, with signing where needed |

| Wallet | Your ZULU balance and its transaction history |
| ZuluRewards | What you have earned, what is withdrawable, and your wallet address |

You may not see every item — the menu reflects what is switched on for your account.
Set your profile up properly
Two minutes here saves trouble later.
- Check your email address. Invoices, ticket replies and ZuluRewards notices all go there.
- Add your Xaman wallet address on the ZuluRewards page if you have one. Without it we cannot send your rewards on 30 November.
- Set a password only you know. Your portal shows your billing history and controls where your ZuluRewards are sent.
More than one person at your company
You can have several contacts on one account, each with their own login. One is the primary contact.
Some things are restricted to the primary contact — setting the Xaman wallet address is one, because it decides where your whole company's ZuluRewards balance is sent. If you need that changed and you are not the primary contact, ask them, or call us.
