Getting help and following your work
Three parts of the portal do the day-to-day work of a JustBull relationship: Support, File management and Projects.
Support tickets
Open Support and raise a ticket. It is better than email for anything that matters, because the whole thread stays in one place and nothing gets lost in someone's inbox.
A good ticket has:
- A subject that says what is wrong — "Invoice PDF will not download" beats "Help"
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- A screenshot if it is something you can see
- The exact error message, if there is one
You will get an email when we reply, and you can answer either from the portal or by replying to that email.
Urgent and business-stopping? Raise the ticket so it is on record, then WhatsApp us on 067 757 4891. The ticket keeps the history; the message gets our attention.
Sharing files
Use File management rather than email attachments. Files stay attached to your account, do not get stripped by mail filters and are not limited to a few megabytes.
It is the right place for logos and brand assets, content for your website, documents we have asked for, and anything we produce for you.
Following your projects
Work in progress appears under Projects, where you can see status and milestones as they are completed. If a project matters to your planning, this is the page to check rather than asking us for an update — and if it looks stale, that itself is worth a ticket.
Contracts
Agreements live under Contracts, with signing where a signature is needed. Signed contracts stay there for reference, so you are never hunting through email for what was agreed.
