How you earn ZuluRewards
ZuluRewards is JustBull’s loyalty programme. You earn 3 ZuluRewards for every R100 you spend with us during the year.
How it is calculated
- We add up the invoices you have paid in South African Rand during the calendar year, from 1 January to 31 December.
- That total is taken net of discounts and credit notes, excluding tax. Unpaid, overdue, cancelled and draft invoices do not count.
- You earn 3% of that figure as ZuluRewards. Spend R10,000 in a year and you earn 300 ZULU.
- The minimum annual allocation is 10 ZULU. If your calculated amount is above zero but below 10, it is rounded up to 10.
The rand figure is only used to work out how many ZuluRewards you earn. There is no exchange rate between ZULU and the rand, and your balance is not a rand amount.
When it is credited
ZuluRewards are credited to your wallet in our CRM once a year, on 25 December. You can watch the figure build through the year on the ZuluRewards page in your client portal.
Only customers whose accounts are active on that date earn ZuluRewards. Where a company has more than one contact, the calculation is done on the company’s total spend and credited once, to the primary contact.
What you can do with them
ZuluRewards can be used to buy JustBull products and services that are priced in ZULU. They cannot be applied to invoices in rand or any other currency.
You cannot add to your own CRM wallet. Only JustBull credits it.
Your balance expires on 30 November
Every year on 30 November, whatever you have not spent is sent to your own Xaman wallet on the XRP Ledger, and your CRM balance returns to zero.
Balances do not carry over. If we do not hold a valid Xaman wallet address for you, your balance is forfeited 7 days after the deadline. If your account is inactive on the deadline, the balance is forfeited on that date.

The yearly cycle
- 25 December — your ZuluRewards for the year are credited
- Through the year — spend them on ZULU-priced products and services
- 30 November — whatever is left goes to your own wallet
- 25 December — the cycle starts again

ZuluRewards is a loyalty balance. It has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for money, refunded, or transferred to another customer. JustBull does not represent that ZULU has or will have any monetary value, and nothing in this programme is an investment or financial advice.
