What ZuluCoin and ZuluRewards are
ZuluCoin (ZULU) is a token issued by JustBull Group on the XRP Ledger. ZuluRewards is the loyalty programme through which JustBull customers earn it.
You earn 3 ZuluRewards for every R100 you spend with JustBull during the year. That is the whole earning model — there are no subscription plans and nothing to buy.
ZULU lives in two places
This is the part worth understanding, because the two behave differently.

Each year on 30 November, whatever remains in your CRM wallet is sent to your own Xaman wallet and your CRM balance returns to zero. On 25 December your new allocation lands and the cycle starts again.
ZULU sent to your own wallet cannot be returned to your CRM wallet. The CRM wallet only holds balances credited by JustBull.
Why JustBull built it this way
Rewarding customers with something they genuinely own, rather than points locked inside our system, means the value does not disappear if you stop trading with us. Once it is in your wallet, it is yours — and only you hold the keys.
What ZuluRewards is not
ZuluRewards is a loyalty balance. It has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for money, refunded, or transferred to another customer.
